V2VG Thrift's primary aim, as well as the retail wing of Veterans2Veterans Group, is to obtain generously donated items from the community and, in turn, to sell those items to the community at a very low cost, or even by Donation-Only, to others. This serves multiple purposes; it keeps many of these donated goods out of local landfills, gives others the opportunity to obtain wanted or needed items at a great price, it gives the items a new chance to be loved and cherished,(often a great way to help a donor through the grieving process), and it raises funds for her parent organization, Veterans2Veterans Group, to use as V2VG does not receive any Federal or State Grants or Subsidies.
