1012 Project

Veterans2Veterans Group (V2VG) respectfully requests the assistance of our

local business community on behalf of a local, honorably discharged United States Air

Force veteran currently experiencing a serious and time-sensitive winter hardship;

namely- the complete replacement of the Single Wide Trailer he and his family live

in on his property in Benton, New Hampshire.

We are working with multiple partners to make this happen and would like to aggregate our resources as soon as possible.

The veteran is a widower as of this year and lives on a fixed income consisting

solely of Supplemental Security Income, (SSI).

He owns and resides in a single-wide

mobile home on his property in Benton, NH, an area known for very harsh winter

conditions and frequent power outages. In addition to supporting himself, he provides

housing and daily support for his adult son, daughter, and daughter-in-law, all of whom

live with documented emotional, cognitive, and/or autoimmune illness.

The household is

entirely dependent on limited employment opportunities and disability income and they

have no financial buffer for emergencies.

Due to the region’s severe cold, unreliable power infrastructure, and rural

location, this household is at elevated risk during winter months. Interruptions in power,

heat, or access to essential resources present immediate safety concerns for the multiple

vulnerable individuals living under one roof. V2VG is working to verify the circumstances and is actively coordinating assistance; however, additional community support is urgently needed to help stabilize this family through the winter season.

We respectfully ask area businesses to consider assisting in one or more of the

following ways:

● Financial contributions designated for emergency winter stabilization.

● In-kind donations (heating fuel, groceries, emergency supplies, lodging, or

essential services).

● Direct vendor support, service credits, or material assistance where appropriate.

All assistance is administered and overseen by Veterans2Veterans Group, a

New Hampshire-based nonprofit organization committed to supporting veterans, first

responders, and their eligible family members during times of crisis.

Contributions may be given in a structured

manner that is discreet, targeted, and respectful of the family’s privacy.

If you or your organization are able to assist, or would like additional information

regarding how support can be provided, please contact us directly:

Very Respectfully,

Veterans2Veterans Group
